3rd Annual FUMC’s Talent Show this Saturday Night at 5 pm.

It’s that time of year again, dust off your tap shoes, warm-up your singing voice, and share YOUR talents for fun!

Also, we will hold a family-potluck supper before the show-please bring your favorite dish and join us for a free-fun night at church! Sign-up sheet is in The Welcome Center.

From time to time, God invites us to seek him out for healing within the community of faith. There are always people that seek God’s grace for healing but this service is unique in that together we gather for the purpose of honoring God with our trust for his healing of our body, mind or soul. You are invited to come and join us in prayer for our quarterly healing service .

About our Church Family. The First United Methodist Church is a family oriented Church with a dynamic worship service that is open to persons of any religious background or to folks who are looking for a faith that tackles the hard questions of life with a timeless commitment to Christ. We are a Church that takes the Bible seriously. We are about making disciples. If this sounds interesting to you give us a try. For the early birds we have an 8:30 a.m. service in the Chapel. At the 10:00 a.m. service we fill the sanctuary friendly faces and great music, we can also provide a nursery . Our contemporary service, called Hope Café, takes place at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoons. We are a Church where ‘the lights are on every day and night.
It won’t take long to discover that this is truly a family, rich in the relationships that matter most. When we are together on Sunday or throughout the week, we worship, we serve, we laugh, we cry, we learn, and we reach out to the world with the life transforming message of Jesus Christ.
