2025-2028 capital campaign

Phase 1 Steeple Restoration Project

Since 1807, First United Methodist Church has been a cornerstone of Rochester, fostering fellowship, worship, and shared hope in the saving love of Jesus Christ, a legacy we continue to build upon and share today.

At FUMC, we live out John Wesley's vision that "the world is our parish" and our vision “Feed the Need” by serving as a welcoming hub for community engagement, extending Christ’s love through outreach, partnerships, and initiatives that impact lives locally, regionally, and globally.

Our steeple is a physical manifestation of hope in the world. To sustain hope and serve Rochester’s needs, we need to protect our church by repairing water damage, updating the roof and exterior, and restoring the steeple, a vital beacon of hope.

As of 06/08/25 we have raised $13,757.79
